Returns and exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, message Safar Bags & Luggage on WhatsApp soon after delivery with your order details and photos. We will tell you whether the item can be returned or exchanged and how.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or as agreed with you on WhatsApp.
